Your songbook and session data are stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Offline Functionality
GatherRound works offline. When offline, your device stores song lyrics, chords, and session information locally. This data is not transmitted to our servers until you reconnect to the internet and explicitly sync your data.
User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the content you add to your songbook. We do not monitor, endorse, or verify user-generated content. If you believe content violates copyright law or our terms of service, please contact us at support@gatherroundapp.net with details, including the copyright holder's name and the specific content in question.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@gatherroundapp.net. Some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
